Get made in 90 seconds, then start taking turf.
Get a Street Name
Join the Telegram and run /crew
in the General Chat. Rocco will DM you—tap Start to open the Crew Menu and request your Street Name.
Join or Create a Crew
Request to join from the Crew Directory, or create your own. Capo must hold 2M FYPM to run a Crew.
Earn RP
Be active in chat (GM/GN + hidden triggers), drop Solid X/Reddit raids, and play /roulette
. Individual RP also credits your Crew RP.
Gear Up
Buy weapons, armor, consumables, attachments, and a specialty in STORE, then equip your loadout.
Fight & Expand
Run /fight
wagers, perform /hit
actions to steal/sabotage, and roll /tipfromthedon
for Jobs/Heists.
Hold Properties
Buy and fortify properties (levels, guards, traps) and defend takeovers. Successful defenses refund 20% of attacker RP and raise next attack cost +10%.
Collect Rewards — Properties
Sundays: War Chest pays crews by their property share. This is separate from Token Holder rewards.
Collect Rewards — Token Holders
Hold more than 100,000 FYPM to receive your share of the 4% tax (converted to SOL and distributed to eligible holders). The remaining 1% is burned.

Bella — The Brains
“Plans win turf. Keep your wallet set, your raids solid, and your crew tighter than your alibi.”
- Set your wallet early so FYPM payouts don’t get deferred.
- Stack Tip credits with daily Solid raids; spend them on better-paying low-odds Heists.
- Equip loadouts before fights/takeovers—gear you don’t equip doesn’t count.
- If you’re light on numbers, defend properties; each successful defense refunds 20% and raises next attack +10%.

TL;DR
The Crew Menu is where you get a Street Name, join or create a Crew, buy equipment, set loadouts, and (if you're a Capo) manage properties, fortifications, and Hostile Takeovers. To open it, run /crew
in the General Chat; Rocco will DM you a link. In the DM, tap Start (mobile) or run /start
to open the menu.
Crews, Roles & Limits
- Don — Dev of the project (PapaJMAC). Final say in disputes.
- Capo — Crew leader. Invite/kick, promote a Lieutenant, buy/fortify property, start Heists & Hostile Takeovers.
- Lieutenant — Capo’s #2. Same powers as Capo except cannot kick or replace the Capo.
- Soldiers — Earn RP by being active, raiding,

Crew size: max 10 people. Max Crews: 10 (subject to change).
Joining / Creating a Crew
Run /crewdirectory
to browse and request to join. Creating a Crew requires 2M FYPM. Set a Lieutenant, motto, logo.
Earning RP
Two pools: Individual and Crew. Individual RP mirrors to Crew RP. Earn by being active in GC (GM/GN + hidden triggers), Solid raids (streaks help), roulette, fights, horse races (every 4 hours), and Hits (pickpocket, shakedown, crew shakedown, wiretap, sabotage, disarm, bribe).
Jobs / Heists
Solid raids earn Tip credits. Capo/LT runs /tipfromthedon
for a random offer with odds and payouts. Declining still spends the token. Failures can jail/incap members. Big Jobs (≤1/week) can pay up to 100,000 FYPM.
Properties & Weekly Rewards
Properties have a Property Bonus %. Snapshot on Sundays splits the War Chest (50% of wallet rewards earned that week, subject to change) by property share. This is separate from Token Holder rewards (4% SOL to holders with more than 100,000 FYPM; 1% burn).
Hostile Takeovers
Capo/LT only. Cost equals property price (Crew RP). Combat accounts for members + equipment; defenders get boosts from fortifications, guards, traps. Chance events (Cops/rivals) can swing results. Successful defenses refund 20% and raise next attack +10%.
Troubleshooting & Tips
- “You’re not in a crew” → Join a Crew; wait for approval.
- “I can’t accept a heist” → Only the Capo who rolled it can accept; offer expires in 5 minutes.
- “No payout” → Make sure wallets are set in the Crew Menu.
- Spend Tip credits strategically—lower success % jobs pay more.
